TEST TIME:

Test Level 1: 12:40 p.m. - 4:55 pm
Test Level 2: 12:40 p.m. - 4:20 pm
Test Level 3: 12:40 p.m. - 4:15 pm
Test Level 4: 12:40 p.m. - 3:35 pm

Rooms: To be announced at the site. Please check at the reception desk upon entering the building.

PLEASE NOTE:

• PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME (Recommend at least 30 min. before the starting time). The test will not be delayed for late-comers. If you arrive after the test has started, you may not be admitted. Please make sure you allow for extra time to reach your test site in case you encounter any delays.
• Japan Foundation staff will be standing by on the day before the test --- 12/6 (Sat) 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. Emergency Contact Number: 213-621-2267 (The Japan Foundation, Los Angeles)

WHAT TO BRING TO THE TEST SITE:

• Your admission voucher (or a printout of your voucher from your online account)
• A current official identification bearing your photograph as listed below.  Copies will not be accepted.  Acceptable forms of official identification: photo-bearing driver’s licenses, passport or student ID.
  * Social security cards, credit or ATM cards, and retail credit account card are NOT accepted as an official ID.
• Several sharpened No. 2 pencils with clean erasers (no pens) for all multiple-choice answer sheets.
• An analog watch (in case your exam room does not have a clock).

• Electronic devices and media, such as PDAs, pagers, computers, recording devices, etc.
• A watch that beep or have an alarm.
• Handwritten or printed materials.
• Food and drink, except water in a clear bottle with a secure lid.  It must be stored under your seat, not on your desk, during the test.
• Cell phones: Please note that although you are permitted to bring cell phones to the test site, use of cell phones, including ring tones from incoming calls, is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of your test scores.  Also note that vibrate mode is prohibited as well.  All cell phones must be completely turned off for the duration of the exam and kept in your bag.

DIRECTIONS TO THE TEST SITE:

Driving south on I-75/85 into Atlanta:

Take Exit #249D (North Avenue/Georgia Tech). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto North Avenue. Cross Techwood Drive (the first light) and continue on North Avenue to Cherry Street and make a right. Make a left onto Ferst Drive. Follow Ferst and turn right at Parking Area 3 (or 2).

Driving north on I-75/85 into Atlanta:

Take Exit #249D (Spring Street/West Peachtree). At the top of the exit ramp, proceed through the first intersection (Spring Street). At the next intersection (West Peachtree), turn left. Continue on West Peachtree for approximately one block and turn left on North Avenue. Cross over the interstate and Techwood Drive. Continue on North Avenue to Cherry Street and make a right. Make a left onto Ferst Drive. Follow Ferst and turn right at Parking Area 3 (or 2).

MARTA: Trains take you from the Atlanta airport to the North Avenue station. It is a 20-minute ride. Walk three blocks west on North Avenue to campus or transfer to a bus on route #13.
