The following
Websites explain the method to localize your computer. This will
enable your computer to display and input in your target East Asian
languages (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.). For localizing your computer for Russian, go to WebCT Vista as directed by your instructor rather than following the directions below.

For
Mac OS OS X (10.3 or higher preferred), you open System Preferences and select "International" and choose your target language there. You may need to install additional fonts using the appropriate Mac OS X install disc.
For more help, go to Help menu of Finder and enter "input method" to display more information. You will need to check the appropriate "Input Menu" for your language.
For
earlier versions, visit AppleCare
Support and enter the search for "multilingual" within
the knowledge base. Look for help documents that matches
