Presenter Information

We have two presentation rooms---Room Seven and Room Eight. Each room has the following presentation equipment. If you are bringing handouts to be distributed, we suggest 40 copies. If you would like to use your own laptop for presentation and connect with the Internet, we have both wired and wireless connections. To use wireless, you need to have your own wireless communication device (802.11b or 802.11g, Mac users can use Airport) with your laptop. Room Seven (Used for Presentations and General Assembly)

• Macintosh PowerBook G4 (OS 10.3.8) with CD/DVD
• LDP Projection Unit (Computer & VCR compatible) with speakers
• Wired and wireless Internet connections
• VCR
• Document Camera (for projecting regular non-transparent materials)
• OHP
• Whiteboard

Room Eight (Used for Presentations)

• Dell Inspiron 700m (Windows XP) with CD/DVD
• LDP Projection Unit (Computer & VCR compatible) with speakers
• Wired and wireless Internet connections
• VCR
• OHP
• Whiteboard

Both laptop computers are installed with the following software. It is possible to switch the laptops depending on the presenters' needs.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Internet Explorer, FireFox, Mozilla, (also Safari on PowerBook)
• Windows Media Player, QuickTime, Flash plugin
• Macromedia Studio MX 2004
